Asithandile’s mission is to reignite passion for Audit among trainees through proper training and coaching, inspired by her own experience of learning the profession’s value from a mentor. She emphasizes resilience as a key personal value, believing it is essential to face challenges head-on, which aligns with her leadership role in a challenging industry.
She believes in making time rather than waiting for it to happen.
What excites her most is the opportunity to rebrand the firm in the Eastern Cape Province. She sees it as being handed a blank cheque and is eager to collaborate with the National office, drawing from their expertise. The office's theme is collaboration, which fuels her enthusiasm for the role.
She would advise her younger self that it's okay to make mistakes; perfection isn't necessary.
