SNG Grant Thornton Forensics amalgamates with Exactech

SNG Grant Thornton, a member firm of Grant Thornton International, is pleased to announce that it has concluded the merger with Exactech, a leading digital and cyber forensics provider, effective 01 January 2021

This opportunity strengthens the firms’ forensic capability and credentials to provide a unique value to our clients. The merger is also a deliberate response that aims to address and alleviate increased fraud and cyber risk in today’s complex business environment.

Established in 2007, Exactech has successfully played a prominent role in providing clients across the globe, particularly Africa with digital forensics, cybersecurity and fraud risk management services.

Exactech solutions complement and enhances the current offerings of SNG Grant Thornton forensics.

Commenting on the merger Victor Sekese, Chief Executive of SNG Grant Thornton, said: “We are delighted to welcome Exactech as part of SNG Grant Thornton.
